The One Love Salone Foundation has paid tuition for all approved universities and colleges under its 2025/2026 scholarship program. The Foundation also amplifies youth voices, fosters leadership, and promotes inclusion to boost young people's productivity and societal contribution. It is expanding support with mentorships and internship placements to help beneficiaries gain practical experience and transition into the workforce.

The initiative shows the Foundation’s commitment to holistic support—mentorship, leadership development, and encouraging beneficiaries to give back—keeping responsibility, service, and civic engagement central.

In 2023 the One Love Salone Foundation launched a fully funded scholarship for Sierra Leonean undergraduates unable to pay tuition, prioritizing academic excellence, leadership, and community engagement. The scheme has enabled students across institutions and, with support for over 125 beneficiaries this year, reaffirms the Foundation’s focus on education, gender equity, and youth empowerment. By emphasizing academics, leadership, mentorship, and professional development, the Foundation builds Sierra Leone’s human capital for national and global competitiveness.
